Sandrine Tas wins in Ede!

It remained a close call right up to the final meters whether the breakaway riders would stay clear during the women’s opening stage through Gelderland. Ultimately, however, it came down to a sprint, in which Sandrine Tas managed to beat Charlotte Kool at the finish line.

3. Barbara Guarischi – TEAM SD WORX – PROTIME
 
With her victory and the accompanying time bonuses, Sandrine Tas immediately claimed the orange leader’s jersey. Charlotte Kool took the blue jersey for the points classification, while the white jersey for the best young rider remains with Nienke Vinke (Team SD Worx – Protime). Fariba Hashimi (Vini Fantini – Bepink) saw her combative riding during the stage rewarded by the crowd with the red jersey.
